On the morning of October 23rd we have the opportunity to have Pat Goldhahn come speak to our school. He will be giving a presentation to 4th-12th grade students, from 9am-11am. Pat lost his daughter Lauryn a little over a year ago in a car accident from not wearing her seat belt. He now goes around to area schools to give presentations to students and community members. This is what he will be speaking on: Lauryn’s story along with the #buckleupblue4Lauryn campaign (Red Lodge Volleyball), Vision Zero (Montana Department of Transportation), Seat-belt safety, Organ gifting (LifeCenter Northwest, Forgiveness, Faith, Family and Friends, Social Media, Decision making, etc.
Community members are welcome to attend as this is a very important message.
This year we switched our meal program, all meals are on each students own account, however payments can be made by one check or cash and can be distributed between each child. If you have parent portal through Infinite Campus should be able to see how much each child owes/eats. We are not able to do online payments yet, but we are working to get this set up.
Please keep all lunches at a positive balance.
